Excellent service from a knowledgeable, professional, and kind staff.
UPDATE: Look at how fast they respond to a review! However, they have not done anything to address the actual issues over the past month. It is crazy that I must be the one to facilitate a resolution to the issues after I have called over 20x the past month! The absolute worst bank ever, they opened a checking account for me when I took out HELOC and told me there was no monthly service charge. This branch continues to be unhelpful in every way. They are terribly under staffed. Bank closed due to snow. All other banks are open. Worthless Employee work ethic. Move your money.
