I mailed in a deposit, transaction was flawless. Excellent customer service, this why I go to this branch.
They greet me with a warm and sincere Hello, each and everytime I visit. I spent a career in retail banking and I strived to create this type of customer interaction. Bravo!!
This is not the branch I usually visit. If I lived closer, it would be! I cannot recall the gentleman’s name that assisted me with my transaction Monday morning but he was one of the most pleasurable and engaging US Bank representatives I’ve encountered. Recognition deserved!
Excellent branch...all employees exceed expectations..Sadly that can't be said for all US Branch locations...never a problem here however.
