Excellent branch...all employees exceed expectations..Sadly that can't be said for all US Branch locations...never a problem here however.

UPDATE: Look at how fast they respond to a review! However, they have not done anything to address the actual issues over the past month. It is crazy that I must be the one to facilitate a resolution to the issues after I have called over 20x the past month! The absolute worst bank ever, they opened a checking account for me when I took out HELOC and told me there was no monthly service charge.
