I had a very friendly and professional experience today at this US Bank branch. I was pleased to discover that one of the branch offices was open on a Saturday and appreciated the fact that the staff was willing to work on a holiday weekend.
I had a really bad experience at this branch, I went with my sister in law (who has an account there) and bankers were very rude, not only with us but with other people in line as well. they are not helpful at all! and not only that, it takes forever for a check to get cleared. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. my sis in law will cancel her account as soon as her check is cleared
I was told my direct deposit would not clear until the following Monday only to find out that my funds were available. I withdrew 800 from ATM outside the store.
We waited for the branch to open Saturday and then they didn't open the front desk and put a hand written note on the door saying drive up only. We are changing bank asap.
