Never in my life have I been charged 7$ for a 150$ check Electronic money swaps is not only more convenient but cheaper These people are robbing you To top it off when I did have an account they would hold money I spent till I got to almost nothing. This bank has zero customer service. One teller. Drive up is closed. 20 minute wait in line.
I have called this bank many times thought the week at different times and they never pick up. I was wanting to open a joint account, but they have made it very difficult. Would recommend going to another branch, even if you have to take time off work. He llamado a este banco muchas veces durante la semana, a diferentes horas, y nunca contestan. I had a very friendly and professional experience today at this US Bank branch. I was pleased to discover that one of the branch offices was open on a Saturday and appreciated the fact that the staff was willing to work on a holiday weekend.
I had a really bad experience at this branch, I went with my sister in law (who has an account there) and bankers were very rude, not only with us but with other people in line as well. they are not helpful at all! and not only that, it takes forever for a check to get cleared. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. my sis in law will cancel her account as soon as her check is cleared
