The star score for this establishment does not meet the exceptional service I received on February 6th while opening my business account. Johnny exceeded my needs and Ashley had my account opened very quickly. I did come in about an hour to closing and Inwas out well before I expected. Johnny was very informational and enthusiastic. **UPDATE** After posting this review, I was contacted by the bank who apologized and said they'd be in touch with the branch. Only a few days later, the ATM was spider and web free! I have been banking here for over 10 years, I'm sure this location has wonderful employees but when I visited the location and asked for a replacement atm card after my wallet and I.d. went to the bottom of lake michigan, I was told to return with an I.d. and that my ss card and birth certificate wasnt enough and when I asked how im supposed to pay the replacement i.d. fee without my card I was told to figure it out with a huge attitude.
