This bank has more often than not left me frustrated with either their 1-ATM out of service for days 2-No Restroom for (at least their customers) 3-Cashier Check policy (probably US BANK and not just this location) 4-Saturday hours of operation for a shopping center In the beginning I did a bulk of my banking either downtown Milwaukee or Brown Deer Rd. Candy is the BEST!!!! I'm proud to call her my newest friend. Justin and Shakayla are so nice too....my new favorite branch as I've been with US Bank for 35 years.
Kayla was super helpful and patient with us when my boyfriend was opening a credit card!
The star score for this establishment does not meet the exceptional service I received on February 6th while opening my business account. Johnny exceeded my needs and Ashley had my account opened very quickly. I did come in about an hour to closing and Inwas out well before I expected. Johnny was very informational and enthusiastic. **UPDATE** After posting this review, I was contacted by the bank who apologized and said they'd be in touch with the branch. Only a few days later, the ATM was spider and web free! Thanks for listening to your customers!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't have the need to go into the bank often, but when i do, staff have been friendly. Lines are typically long though.
