Kayla was super helpful and patient with us when my boyfriend was opening a credit card!
The star score for this establishment does not meet the exceptional service I received on February 6th while opening my business account. Johnny exceeded my needs and Ashley had my account opened very quickly. I did come in about an hour to closing and Inwas out well before I expected. Johnny was very informational and enthusiastic. **UPDATE** After posting this review, I was contacted by the bank who apologized and said they'd be in touch with the branch. Only a few days later, the ATM was spider and web free! Thanks for listening to your customers!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't have the need to go into the bank often, but when i do, staff have been friendly. Lines are typically long though. The reason I'm writing this review is also the main reason for the 3 stars, and that reason is how the ATM machine is maintained, or I should say, lack there of. This is the second year in a row that they've had a terrible arachnid infestation all around the ATM. This year has been worse than last.
