1st I can't express enough my greatest of gratitude, utmost respect to a woman "felicia" banker at 35th n bank US Bank. I had fraudulent activity on my account as my purse was stolen, leaving my entire life wde open to whomever stole it. Today I brought in a check that was sent to me from the bank as payment for one of its members. I presented the US Bank check and was told that because I do not have an account with US Bank, I would have to pay a $7 fee for them to cash the check. This was not a personal check handwritten from someone’s checkbook but a check that the bank itself sent me. I have never had any other bank charge me a fee for cashing a check they issued.
