I went to this branch on Sat morning Aprox 10:45 am and my goal was to cash a two party check. ******* ** BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS******** The problem was once I opened the door and went inside no one greeted me nor acknowledged me. This branch is wonderful. The bankers are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I feel 'at home' there.
This Dana Point location has the worst customer service ! I drive to Laguna Niguel to do my banking the manager is always available No long lines & excellent customer service
Such rude people work here-thats why I do not bank here
