US bank sold my mortgage without telling me which has ruined my credit. Avoid this bank like the black plague. It will destroy you.
Fast and pleasant service at the drive-through and inside. We had our grandkids in the car with us whom we watch when our son and his wife go out on dates, and the tellers inside were so very pleasant and made sure to think of our kids and also our little puppy to offer a treat.
This is my home branch and every time I go in the staff is courtesy and helpful. Made the mistake of going to another one (Muirlands location, see my review) and it was awful to say the least. Learned my lesson and will continue to go to this branch! And it doesn’t matter who I work with here, I’m never treated poorly!
