I’m extremely concerned by what happened to my friend at this branch. Her ex-husband, who was not an on her account, was allegedly given a debit card bearing her name. He then used the card to make numerous purchases, leaving her funds tied up while she had bills that needed to be paid. Regardless of the circumstances, a debit card issued in one person’s name should never be handed over to someone who is not the account holder or authorized on the account.
