I rarely use this branch since it is on the other side of town, but my husband likes to go here because he knows that he can talk to a bilingual teller to make sure they understand what he needs & leaves happy. Thank you.
Very friendly easy to work with.
These tellers are so slow and everytime I try to do a deposit, there is SOME kind of issues from them not accepting it, to me not getting the right deposit reciept. Are these people trained? I'd rather drive to Milwaukee or Brookfield than to keep bringing my money to this location. Do better.
I've been a member of this bank for years. At this branch in Waukesha, I always receive excellent customer service. Nick, has been such an awesome service representative. He's always helped me out with my questions and needs. He's gone over and above his duties to help me out when needed. Thank you so much NICK.
