If I can give lower than 1 star I would! I don't bank in this location, my co-worker does. We called today to get help on verifying her account, wanted to make sure she got the right bank information, the person who answered the call is rude and very unprofessional. For someone that works there as a Manager (Mitch), his way of dealing customers sucks! He's impatient, lack of customer service manner, and very inattentive. I like us bank because it’s very easy for to resolve any problem
Normally I have a good experience here, but the man that I dealt with, was rude and dismissive. I’ve gotten change for my business there in the past with no issues, because my business has an account there and I relayed this to him. He refuses to give me change and says I need my account number. I told him I didn’t know that off of the top of my head. He didn’t ask for any other form ID, he just refused assist. We will be looking for a new bank.
