A couple days ago I went to this branch location to make a deposit in the ATM with cash I had. I always deposit cash in US Bank ATMs but never really use this location. I was trying to deposit over $500 in cash when the ATM had an error. I did not jam the ATM or insert too many bills or anything I should not have done. It proceeded to take over $500 in cash and then print out a receipt paper that said there was an error and I had to call a number. None of my money was returned and none of it was posted into my bank account. ... read more
Hands down worst bank ever!!!! Not even a close second comes to mind.
I'm really not liking the new location because it's so inconvenient to get there and we have to literally go all the way over there if we want to take money out,I liked how we could use atms to get money out in multiple locations but it's more difficult now and almost every time I call I can't get ahold of someone if I want to talk to them about my bank account.
