Banks have always scared me but Sandra helped me apply and get approved for my first credit card. She asked my needs and helped me find the most beneficial option for me. I had questions about the us bank app and she gladly walked me through the steps on the phone. Luis is very helpful as well especially with my husband's business, Sandra did an amazing job while Luis was out. Sandra went above and beyond to help me and most important to me, she made me feel comfortable and not pressured!
