Me and my wife were UnionBank customers (UnionBank was bought out by US Bank)and had to retrieve past paperwork from our UnionBank account. We met with Sandra Garcia (a client relationship consultant). She is very respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and all around good person. We tried the first day with no luck but she was as persistent on being able to help us. She would work on it and get back to us within a couple of days (we went on a Friday close to closing time).
