I have been a U S Bank customer for over 25 years. They have always helped and so friendly. Seems to me the service the friendliness has gone down hill fast. Long wait times one line hi good bye, nothing like it was. I agree about Louis he is the best but lately I haven’t seen him there. I was doing a wire transfer for the first time and was a little nervous about moving that much so of course I get the new girl. So I wish I could give Luis a 10 star review! Ever since he's started he has always welcomed my wife & I with a smile. Has always been polite and very professional. Always has helped us out with our banking more than the average banker. For example, little lessons on consolidating ur credit card debt and with a better rate, a line of credit instead of credit cards, and little advice which I feel like has saved me time and money. I've banked with the Turlock USBank location since 2016. I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The follow the lead of Louis, the branch manager. During a recent vist on 1/30/26, Louis took the time to help me open a new account and suggested a new CC as well. I signed up for the card on the spot. The recent renovations at this location are awesome. Thanks USBank of Turlock!!!
