Me and my wife were UnionBank customers (UnionBank was bought out by US Bank)and had to retrieve past paperwork from our UnionBank account. We met with Sandra Garcia (a client relationship consultant). She is very respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and all around good person. We tried the first day with no luck but she was as persistent on being able to help us. She would work on it and get back to us within a couple of days (we went on a Friday close to closing time). This branch is awful! Staff takes forever to assist you at the drive thru. They are not friendly and professional at all. The bank is always short staffed. Doesn’t matter you go inside or utilize the drive thru, half of your day is already gone.
Luis and Sandra are amazing. We needed alot of help navigating through a complicated banking issue and they made it happen, we are so pleased with their service.
Worst service and always takes forever. Be prepared to be here a minimum of an hour to do anything. And the new staff is extremely rude.
