I had the displeasure of meeting a manager at this location, who was rude and unprofessional and attempted to use mob-like failed intimidation tactics to prevent me from withdrawing my own money. I went into this branch to make a simple withdrawal that led to this manager threatening to close my account if I didn't be quiet and allow her to berate me.
