I have never in my life had more issues with a bank. This is by far, the worst experiance I've ever had banking. They make it all but impossible to access your own money. Customer service sucks. And I cant tell you how many times they have, literally, left me stranded with no gas while on vacation because they would not let me use my money in my account which had more than enough money in it, because I had spent more than $500 that week. I don’t know y this bank has low reviews ! Frankly speaking I was reluctant to join them because of the reviews but it was super close to me after 1 month with them they are always helpful very knowledgeable especially Jazmine and her colleagues every one is super polite and highly professional I’m not frequent reviewer kinda guy but I guess this time I had to provide my honest opinion

don't know why this place has such a low rating. i've come in 3-4 times this past year and every time the staff is very friendly and helpful. and i leave with a lollipop!
