Large bank, standard service My husband has been banking with U.S. Bank since he first enrolled in college. After we married I was added on to his account. While we haven't left U.S. Bank, it's not a bank we would go out of our way to recommend either. When they were a local bank, service was great and prompt. Since they were taken over by a larger bank system, service has suffered. It is very difficult to speak with a live person. Wait times on the phone and in the bank are long.
