Very poor customer service. Deposited checks; bank kept over 3/4 of my deposit; can't access my account. Called & tried to get help from customer service; no help from them. Excuse they gave me was "you used the ATM for a deposit". HOW else can a customer access their account on weekends when the bank isn't open????? Very very dissatisfied. Have been a long time customer for over 24 years at this bank; since it was Union Bank.
I had one of my best banking experiences here. Although I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! Beatrice was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of opening a new bank account, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you!

Been banking with US for over 20 years and the Modesto- Tully Branch is the worst branch I’ve ever visited in any state I’ve been in. I am thoroughly convinced it’s a starting point for new tellers/bankers. They are all very nice, however, anything just a little more advanced beyond cashing a straightforward check or making a simple deposit throws them into a state of confusion.
