After taking money out of their ATM, I went inside to ask to break a $20 into two $10’s and they refused because I didn’t have an account there. Ridiculous.
12-9-25 updated review Once again, horrible services. I’ve updated the star from 2 to 1 as of today. I will consider taking my personal account to another bank. Kelly actually helped us open our personal account. I love the branch in Pleasanton where customer service is top notch. Sadly, that branch was closed down. I love the branch in Pleasanton where customer service is top notch. Sadly, that branch was closed down. Very poor customer service. Deposited checks; bank kept over 3/4 of my deposit; can't access my account. Called & tried to get help from customer service; no help from them. Excuse they gave me was "you used the ATM for a deposit". HOW else can a customer access their account on weekends when the bank isn't open????? Very very dissatisfied. Have been a long time customer for over 24 years at this bank; since it was Union Bank.
I had one of my best banking experiences here. Although I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! Beatrice was absolutely wonderful.
