Been banking with US for over 20 years and the Modesto- Tully Branch is the worst branch I’ve ever visited in any state I’ve been in. I am thoroughly convinced it’s a starting point for new tellers/bankers. They are all very nice, however, anything just a little more advanced beyond cashing a straightforward check or making a simple deposit throws them into a state of confusion. Really disappointed with service today Christine was lil rude when she "helped me" I was trying to cash my US bank check gave her my ID then asked me all this unnecessary questions about me and my work....then she said that the system didn't let her cash the check and I needed to make a phone call to the company that gave me that check So I called the company right away They said everything was OK shouldn't be any problems cashing it! anyway Christine just wanted to act lil weird today end up going to another location where ... read more
