Wow! The guy at the desk sits and watches the bank clerks work ! I waited behind two elderly people and told them to go ahead and sit down. The lady left and the elderly gentleman is still waiting. Hopefully no one in line is on a lunch break. This is the most convenient branch for me, however it’s always understaffed and the clerks always take forever per transaction. Maybe the guy at the desk should get up and help!

Nice polite customer service skills but the only thing bad is this has happened to me more than once where they will literally deny everyone at the door due to computer maintenance repair issues . && im starting to think that its just too much coincidence that it occurs every so often.
