This bank needs to hire more people. Waited 30 minutes today in the drive thru. They are horribly under staffed. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
I spent over an hour at the bank today waiting in line. When I asked what the issue was I was informed that they are short-staffed and their manager decided to go on vacation during the short staff time. Very unacceptable. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend this location at all!!! When I said something she threw my ID back at me across the counter!!!!
I just sat in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes which is ridiculous. I will not do business at this branch ever again. I ended up driving away and doing my deposit elsewhere
