NICOLETTE is a true gem and US Ban as a whole has been shockingly one of the best banking experiences I've had. Their systems work including online enrollment, integration is easy, their app is solid, and the staff is super helpful giving you individual care and attention to whatever banking needs or issues I have had thus far. Hoping they can maintain and glad I walked away from CHASE!
I have been banking at the N Elizabeth location for 10 years. I think everyone is great. Yeah sometimes it's slow but nothing to give one star about. I remember seeing a sign at some establishment that reads "poor planning on your part doesn't make it an emergency on my part". Just food for thought.
I swear this is the absolute WORST branch of US Bank! No matter what time me of day, what day of the week, you go in, you're waiting in line for at least a half an hour before you get waited on, just the make a damn deposit! The service is ridiculously slow! My 5 year old autistic granddaughter could do a better job!!!
This is the worst bank in pueblo. The take you deposit bank and your sitting at the window for an additional 20+ minutes.
They have my money here. I have no idea why there's so many negative reviews. I've been coming to this bank for 2 years. There are waits from time to time but not that long. Never been treated rude. I think the quality of the customers are substandard I don't know what to expect but it seems that they're a little bit more critical than normal. I've had no problem with any member of the bank on Elizabeth I hope some of those reviews will read my review cuz I think whatever your problem is is internal to you not the bank.
