Home buyers, DO NOT use US Bank for your home loan!!! They don't do their jobs, they let us know the day BEFORE closing that they are not ready. The tremendous stress they put my clients through in unforgivable!!! The buyers qualified for a loan with a different lender, fully qualified! Yet, USBank has not released the file with the appraisal yet!!! By law, any lender has 5 business days to release it. US Bank failed to apply with that, we are 7 business days, and they still have not released it. NIGHTMARE!!!
Horrible customer service. I really don't think they interview their people very well before they hire them. Long wait times in the lobby because they never have enough people working. In fact, they have their people do lobby and drive through at the same time. The manager is useless. Tried to set up a post office box and had to get in touch with her three times before she called me back. I can see why local credit unions and regional banks are doing so well.
