This is the worst bank in pueblo. The take you deposit bank and your sitting at the window for an additional 20+ minutes.
They have my money here. I have no idea why there's so many negative reviews. I've been coming to this bank for 2 years. There are waits from time to time but not that long. Never been treated rude. I think the quality of the customers are substandard I don't know what to expect but it seems that they're a little bit more critical than normal. I've had no problem with any member of the bank on Elizabeth I hope some of those reviews will read my review cuz I think whatever your problem is is internal to you not the bank.
I went into the bathroom and was told by security that I was not allowed to use it , I also was told that I have to pay a fee in order to cash a check that was from THEIR OWN BANK. Because I am not a member… so on top of everything I am getting charged extra absolutely degrading
I swear this is the absolute WORST branch of US Bank! No matter what time me of day, what day of the week, you go in, you'rd waiting in line for at least a half an hour before you get waited on, just the make a damn deposit! The service is ridiculously slow! My 5 year old autistic granddaughter could do a better job!!!
This bank needs to hire more people. Waited 30 minutes today in the drive thru. They are horribly under staffed. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
