Excellent staff very knowledgeable very very helpful.
I went into the branch on 09/08/2026 to close out my account. The teller that waited on me never put the request in and left the account open. This teller need to be investigated immediately. That isn't her decision to force someone to bank there.
I love US Bank. I have been banking with the same branch when they were Calumet Bank, Pullman Bank and now US bank, The bank reps are always so nice. I loved sitting and talking to Amanda, she is very experienced and friendly. I have and will always bank with US bank,,unless they change their processes.
