Great no problem.. however I was there to cash a check from a lady I work for her 1 day, every other Wednesday. So yesterday my check total was $67.50 ( I get paid 15 an hour) that's not a lot but it's a lot to me it's one of my only incomes at this time... Anyways my point is every penny is important to me right now... I know if u don't have an account with us bank but are cashing one of their checks they usually waive to $7.00 but no I got paid $60.50. that stings. A lot. This bank pulled funds from my account without authorization. Not a purchase I made, not a withdrawal I asked for, and I was left in the whole by about the $2000 they let go as a bank note. I have half a thought towards hiring an attorney and suing us bank for fraud.
This branch is why I will be leaving USBank after 30 years. Putting limits on no more than $500 cash deposit a day is ridiculous! It’s the last straw with this bank. 🏦
Ever since COVID-19, this branch has had issues keeping a full staff and maintaining regular business hours. It is really sad to see this branch suffer and now, at times, I find myself going to Salem to do my banking as the level of staff expertise is just not there anymore. I stay with USB because I loathe taking my money elsewhere but if things keep being so inconvenient then I am going to have to make a change.
US Bank kind of sucks anyway, which is why I personally choose a credit union over them, but this branch is the worst. They consistently have late openings or not even open at all. They are very slow, not friendly, and no customer service. I have never heard of a person needing to be on the account to make a deposit, not even Bank of America or Wells does that.
