Worst bank ever. They'll sell your information!!! Literally walked in and the bit chest were all running their heads not wanting to help anyone. As soon as they notice I was looking they acted like they was busy.
I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. The short Hispanic lady would not give me her name when asked. She was rude to me and several other customers. Before I walk away noticed the name tag at her station she was Justina Salazar. The manager Andrea tried talking to her but she back talked to her as well. Sure you stand in line like any other bank..but there very helpful to people and it's a good bank
The day before Thanksgiving I attempted to deposit money into the ATM closet to northern (there are two ATMs at this location ). The ATM took my money, then shutdown reset and returned my card with no receipt or proof of this transaction. I took a picture of the ATM screen for proof. I immediately went inside to let the Manager Andrea know what had just happened. I was then directed to call the ATM claims department ( It’s a process).
