Do not use US Bank. They sound “patriotic” with the branding, but they are not very smart. Their AI on the website and APP can’t figure out what “auto pay” is. They also will process your auto pay even if you have $0 balance. I will never use them again for anything.

The waiting time was excessive, based on the few employees ratio to customers while I was there, however once you get some assistance, the representatives are courteous, polite and friendly. They handled my business expeditiously.
