I arrived at this location in order to file a formal dispute for a charge and submit the necessary documentation in support thereof. And a Miss Tino who was at the desk was so incompetent. She did not know how to submit it. Such a complaint via emailing to the service department. She directed me to a banker. Do not use US Bank. They sound “patriotic” with the branding, but they are not very smart. Their AI on the website and APP can’t figure out what “auto pay” is. They also will process your auto pay even if you have $0 balance. I will never use them again for anything.
