Sometimes a line but they're always really kind recommend this Bank don't make a mistake they will definitely ding you the lines on the phone sometimes can take a while maybe though during lunch hour you can wait 20 minutes but once you get there they're really good at what they do

I am a long time member of US Bank, more than 45 or so years! I am from Seattle, Washington, and new to Monmouth, Oregon. It is my absolute pleasure to receive services at the Monmouth Branch of USB…it is busy but peaceful, calm, no long lines, loud voices, every customer, including me, is treated with courtesy, kindness and an obvious intention to meet the individual requests/needs of every customer. Thank you USB!
Literally waited for 20 mins in the chair for no one to help me as all the bank employees helped the line of customers. I had to literally interrupt everyone's transaction to find out I had be sitting their for no reason. Every single time I come to this particular branch there are major issues. Just go to the ones in salem and save your self some hassle. They lady clerk is very nice tho.
