I have been with the Monmouth Branch for almost 10 years now and they are great. Joseph, the manager, ensures that everything runs smoothly. Whenever I walk in, they all greet me with a smile on their faces. They occasionally call me to ensure that everything is working well on my end. 10/10
This branch needs to hire someone for the drive thru!!! I waited for 10 minutes, no body came to the window, I end up leaving
I don’t know how to retract my review from 4 years ago but I want to say I have been banking with US bank for 3 years and they have been nothing but helpful and have bent over backwards. They know my employees names and mine. They always try to find ways to help me and have come to me with ideas to expand the business. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
Stopped in to make a cash deposit, and computer was down. So pleasantly surprised that Felicia locked her drawer and personally assisted me in showing me how to do the entire process outside at ATM. I’m a senior and have never attempted it. She is an asset to your bank! Loyal customer for over 20 years.
