I have only been banking with Us bank for about 2 months!! Rude!! They do not go above in beyond. I have had a horrible week with them I just closed my account yesterday..
Just not happy with some of the staff me and my husband have been with this bank for a while and just started going to the one in jacksonville and have had problems. We recently went to deposit a check and when we went to put it in the drop box the lady asked what we needed and we said just to deposit. Maybe we caught her on a bad day I don't know but she said I'll need you to fill out a deposit slip before depositing it.
