I always use the drive thru at this location and never have an issue! I make sure that I am properly prepared with my cash deposit, as one should be. The tellers are all very polite, professional, and helpful during each interaction. They are also very sweet when I bring along any of my dogs!! Overall, always a pleasant experience! This branch always provides quality service, takes care of my banking needs and exceeds my expectations for what I need from a bank. There are delicate issues with cash at times and they are always handled to my satisfaction. It does not matter to me who is handling my business needs that day. I always get consistent quality effort from the ladies at the bank.
First the ATM wouldn't deposit my check so I went in,one teller on phone,other teller bsing with customer, 2 at drive by doing nothing.I just wanted to deposit my check. The teller went to lunch when it was my turn.It made me late for work.Noone wanted to help me.I felt ignored
