This branch is poorly managed. Tellers do provide good and friendly service. Karla, the banker not so much. Apparently she likes to set her own hours and will tell you the system is down and advise you to return the next day. Turns out the system was simply running slow for the day. No wonder these people can't afford greeters. Karla stop handing out your business cards as if you are willing to do your job and save the company some money. Countless horrible customer service experiences. Rude and demeaning general approach to basic customary questions. I have never once walked into this branch and immediately been first in line.. A basic check deposit is a 20 min experience. Obvious lack of customer care coming from the management. Take your business down the road to anywhere else...
Friendly tellers, good service
Human error at this branch has caused me and my family undue stress and anxiety. Terrible customer service. We will never use this branch again. US bank is lucky to still have our business.
