I've dealt with several of the tellers and they have all been great. The problem is, you're going to need to talk to them way more than you'd like because there is no walk up ATM and the drive up ATMs seem to be broken (not accepting withdrawals or not accepting cash deposits, only checks) about half the time. I never asked to be US Bank customer, I just ended up with them after they bought Union Bank, and I'm thinking I'm going to need to find a new bank with working ATMs.
Helpful staff. Good service. Friendly people that become more friendly with every visit. Great commercial banking at this location too. Kristine is great! Any problems I have are expeditiously solved by the capable staff.

Went in the branch to get $100 in ones, a $100 in fives and $100 in 20s. Brittany has to be the biggest moron on the planet. She asked am I a business. I said “no” well we only give out a $100 in ones to our business customers. Then she looked in her drawer and she tells me “ I DONT EVEN HAVE A 100 in 1s. So I asked you don’t have a $100 in ones in the entire building. She grilled me over $300 in total small bills. Btw pulling it out of my account it was not like I was money laundering.
