Always nice and polite tellers and fast service
I've dealt with several of the tellers and they have all been great. The problem is, you're going to need to talk to them way more than you'd like because there is no walk up ATM and the drive up ATMs seem to be broken (not accepting withdrawals or not accepting cash deposits, only checks) about half the time. I never asked to be US Bank customer, I just ended up with them after they bought Union Bank, and I'm thinking I'm going to need to find a new bank with working ATMs.
