Worst customer service on the planet! I am the manager of a neighboring business, and I ran to them on a very busy Saturday as all the other banks in the area were closed. I simply asked for change as one of my staff members took a hundred dollar bill and at the end of the night I wouldn't have any change to do my deposit. It was an emergency situation and this woman literally looked at me and told me that if I dont have an account she won't help me. This location is one of the worst locations I've ever been to. Destanie, branch manager, is extremely rude and disrespectful. She denied her employee making a critical mistake when depositing cash into my account and instead put it in another account with a similar number than expects me to wait over two business days to be fixed. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! Own up to your mistakes and fix them! I will be looking for another financial institution.
This staff knows who I am and refused to deposit a five dollar check my son signed over to me. Terrible service every time. Branch in Lafayette is great.
