I have had a horrible experience with this place, I visit this place in order to change the phone # connected to my account, the employee ask for my ID, my bank card and my new phone number, and told me its has been changed, but when I checked my account I found this person did not change any thing and the old number still there
I am actually surprised they have a three star rating. This bank is the worst in customer service and their clerks are rude. Majority of them should be working in a place that does not deal with the public. If I could give negative stars I would have. Grateful I have closed all accounts and move on.
