Ever since I switched to U.S. Bank a few weeks ago, after my prior bank wouldn’t help me after 20 years with them I have experienced nothing but amazing customer service. I've been using US Bank for almost 2 decades and I have never had any issues with them. All locations I have been to have friendly and helpful staff.
Called multiple times and no bankers are available. There is no option to leave a message or request a call back.
