Strange for a bank to not be at least 4 stars. After visiting today, I understand why they are 2 stars.

I have been visiting this location for years because it is closer to me. Today, I experienced an unsettling interaction that came off as discriminating and left me feeling as though I had done something wrong. The teller that served me asked me for my SSN, which to my recollection, I submitted 2 years ago. I stated this to her, and asked if something was wrong with my transaction thinking there is a reason for her asking me this question. She responded that the system had asked for it.
