Arrived at 4:41 PM to drop a deposit and was told they are done taking deposits - 19 minutes before closing. Every time I go to this branch my presence feels like an inconvenience to them, and based on the other multiple negative reviews this tends to be a shared experience.
Glad they are building a branch in Waukee. Drive is 24 min. Too long.
This location doesn't post its hours accurately. Sign on the door said opens at 9am, but wasnt. I called the location, who then said they open at 10. I went back at 10, just for them still to be closed. Some employees were walking in at 10, who then told me they open at 10:30. Very inconvenient.
I am currently still waiting for ANY staff member to at least greet me. There’s no customers inside, just us in the drive thru. If you’re busy, at least come and let us know like, “hey I’ll be with you as soon as I can, I’m running a bit behind,” that would suffice. But to just blatantly ignore the cars who just need to deposit a check? No excuse. I’ve now been here for 12 minutes waiting. I have pushed the button 4 times and people behind me have been honking.
