If I could rate this zero I would! Worst bank ever. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON. Even the 800 number. I get dragged around from number to number. Abby the bank manager at this location is the rudest, not understand person I have ever met. She put a hold on my check and I was told if It cleared it would be released early so I went to other bank and got proof and she made a note on my account stating no one could release it at all knowing my circumstances. Worst customer service on the planet. I am locked out of my account online and the answer is it will take 5 business days to resolve. Seriously! It is my money and you cannot provide IT support in 2024 so I can gain access. No technical support. No IT vision. No customer service.
Night deposit box doesn't open or close without a 5 minute struggle. Then if you have a lot of cash it won't fit in the teeny opening. It is unsafe and a great place to get robbed or murdered when trying to make drop. You have to get out of car to try to yank it open so you are very vulnerable. Staff gave keys out for box drop that do not open the night box which they think is funny but as previously stated it is unsafe and dangerous. Do not have good customer relations. All in all they are the worse bank ever.,
