Ery clean bank helpful associates.
I truly love my US Bank branch there at the stater Brothers on Iris. The bankers there are always so kind and friendly and for some reason they always seem to know my name even before I show my ID. Maybe I'm overthinking, but I don't think so. I feel they take the time to know all their customers' names because that's just how good they are.
Just left here 12 minutes ago and Frank Aragon was an entire pain. When he asked if Ive been to US Bank before and I responded “No” it clearly triggered him. “Well it’s going to be $7 to cash the check.” Obviously it’s a US Bank check. Not sure what he wants me to say after this. I’ve already waited in line 17 minutes while he moved as slow as frozen molasses with the 2 people in front of me. He then charges me $10.
