First of all, I don't like the fact banks frame penalties as a courtesy. In its labeled definition I assume it'll hold up in court but, by meaning, It's in complete contradiction. If I show courtesy and allow someone to change into my Lane I don't think they owe me anything I don't punish them for it. There is no counter argument they use contradiction and somehow frame it as a courtesy to us. So to call them the deceitful is more accurate than their courtesy.
