I have been to this branch on several occasions and have nothing but excellent customer service. Unfortunately this is not always the case. I work for property management. On a monthly basis especially between the 1st and the 6th I have to make daily multiple deposits, which consists of a large number of checks, cashier checks and money orders. The employees are helpful and show interest in answering all my questions and attend to my needs.
Different time you might have different experience due to several different factors. with this branch I have consistency in good to excellent experience. I think it is human touch makes your experience good or bad. Most of employees are very good and that is very unusual
