Apparently exchanging a 10 dollar bill for a roll of quarters is too much effort and not part of the plan to make a good first impression. Seriously. I will never become a customer, thanks for saving me the time.
The teller was rude and said I needed an appointment to speak with the banker when there was literally no one in the bank. The man who tried to help me had no idea what he was doing either. I asked if he could help me complete my auto loan, and he said he did not know how to do that. He brought over his manager and asked him to help. I came into the branch to open a business account since , I already had a personal account here. The very pretty lady who I never seen before named Priscilla help me by setting an appointment with the business specialist Julian.She also took the time to share other business options and help me with my mobile banking. I hope she stays at this location, she has been very patient with my needs and very courteous and not rude like the others in the past.
Take your business elsewhere, I truly wish I had read these reviews before going here... I don’t know if they’re incompetent or negligent but I had weeks of time wasted here. Victor was “helping” me and after countless unanswered emails and calls I find out he was fired and my paperwork wasn’t turned in as it was supposed to be, so Sam took over...
