If you want friendliness here, I’d suggest that you get a dog instead. I find service here usually pretty friendly. The other day, the teller a young male didn’t get his name was about as friendly as a rattlesnake. He performed the service OK.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the branch manager at U.S. Bank Kortnee. She is always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring whenever I come in. This time she went above and beyond to help me with my account and truly made a stressful situation easier, especially Being a substitute teacher. She didn’t have to help me — but she did, and her kindness made such a difference. She’s a true blessing, and I appreciate her more than she knows.

They seems to me they not a professional they put phone number every time I called no one pick up the phone and no one answer. I got appointment to open business account since last week Friday on Monday at 1:15 and I joined the meeting and no one joined and no one even called me or send me an email or anything when I try to call them and find out what’s going on. I got appointment. No one is answering. I’ve been waiting for my appointment since last week and this is how they treat me and I am not appreciated.
