I've been banking with US Bank a long time and so far I was happy. Unfortunately the branch in Monroe I am banking with for the last 6 years service has been having terrible service in 2021 year and it is getting worse every day ... Never before I had to wait 10-15 minutes every time when I was doing just simple deposit and it became normal here now.
