I have a Business loan with u s bank For commercial property since 2005. Please inform your tellers. How to put in commercial loan numbers for payment on Loan ? Is it really up to the customer to tell them how to input numbers to make a payment. I as a customer should not have to be told how to put numbers in to make a payment. No other u s bank had problems except this one.
Terrible customer service! I've been using this specific branch for at least 10 years. Tried depositing a check with cash back and the teller said they couldn't complete transaction due to the amount. It was suggested cashing the check at the bank it was issued from. The bank that issued the check was more than happy to cash but since I had no account there would be a fee. They explained that US bank could call the company that issued the check to verify the funds are secure. Went back to US bank asking them to verify with i... read more
