Osmara was so great and friendly helping me get something notarized. I made a mistake and filled out the wrong parts of the form and she kindly printed me a new copy and notarized both forms just in case. She helped us right at my appointment scheduled time.
Walked away from a 20 + service from another banking company to join US Bank, and I started with having such a wonderful experience signing up. This branch is the worst I've seen. Their staff is slow, and will ignore customers waiting to be served. Then if there is an issue that takes actual work you get the "I can't" or We can't " phrase. They need to learn how to address issues and help their customers. Very disappointing
