I went to US Bank to follow up on a text message I received that I was skeptical about. The teller was super friendly and sent me over to Marina who was in one of the offices and available. Marina was extremely friendly and knowledgable. She did her best to meet my needs, gave me her card and told me to call her if I had any future issues or concerns. Not sure why all the negative reviews but based on my visit and experience today, I couldn't ask for any better customer service!
Osmara was so great and friendly helping me get something notarized. I made a mistake and filled out the wrong parts of the form and she kindly printed me a new copy and notarized both forms just in case. She helped us right at my appointment scheduled time.
Walked away from a 20 + service from another banking company to join US Bank, and I started with having such a wonderful experience signing up. Ruben at this location did an outstanding job helping us out. He was not only to patient and thorough, he also shared all the perks of being a U.S. Bank member. It was a very welcoming experience.
