I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding a recent series of unauthorized monthly maintenance fees charged to my account, as well as the deeply disappointing customer service I received when attempting to resolve the issue. U.S. Bank is among the most disappointing banking institutions I have encountered, and your customer service is notably unhelpful and regrettable. Particularly at this location, customers are often treated unfairly.
Are you looking for a bank that cares about you. Are you looking for a bank that gets you through quickly. Keep looking. I just went to deposit a check and they refused because my wife's name was also on it. I'm not going to create a new account with her name on it just so I can deposit a check to have it transfered it back into my account so I can cancel the account. Both our names are on the insurance card and the check.
