If you need to do anything besides get cash or make a deposit do yourself a favor and just drive to the Edmonds branch they've literally never been able to help me with anything else at this location.
I always come to cash my check at this bank and the dude behind the counter always seems so anal lol. Wish this bank hired people that weren’t pushy with opening extra accounts I do not need lol
This past weekend, I attempted to deposit over $400 in cash at one of your ATMs for an important payment. The machine accepted the money but failed to credit it to my account. I immediately called customer service and waited approximately two hours to report the issue. I was told to wait until Tuesday since Monday was a holiday.
