ZERO STARS THIS LOCATION. As a CEO, I expect better from our major financial institution, but my experience at this branch was extremely disappointing. I went in to complete a wire transfer, which should have been a straightforward process, yet it took over 35 minutes. During that time, the associate appeared to be browsing through my account unnecessarily and asking questions that felt intrusive and unrelated to the transaction.
