I deposited my check through mobile banking on January 16. A few minutes later, I noticed that my app had closed, and I was unable to log into my account. I immediately called customer service to ask what was going on. I explained that I had just deposited a check and asked why I couldn’t access my account. It’s not just this branch but this bank. Son waited 25 mins for manager and never came out. Wasted entire lunch break and got nothing cleared up. This is after no help on Saturday going to two other branches. Has to be handled by manager but there is NEVER one available. All these fees we pay to banks then when we need assistance crickets. Credit Unions are only way to go!
ZERO STARS. I am a CEO and expect better from such a large bank; I had an awful experience. Always have to wonder if the branch is doing shady acts. I went to do a wire transfer and it took 35min and the woman was looking through my account being nosy. She then said we need to move computers since hers froze and she never moved. She continued to look through my account and ask me questions she had no right to ask. I will never go to this branch location again or recommend it to anyone I know.
