I’m very disappointed with the experience I had at the U.S. Bank branch located inside Fry’s on Yuma Street specifically with a teller named Samantha Jauregui. I came in to add an authorized user to my business checking account. Samantha informed me that she would not be able to help me and that I would need to come back on a different day. The manager at this location (Jose) is an absolute joke. I have been banking with U.S. Bank for years and have visited multiple locations. When I come into the branch to deposit large checks, I am constantly heckled and harassed by him. He is terrible at customer service and an even worse person to do business with. I have been helped by the other bankers at this location who seem to know a lot more than he does. I have been a customer for so many years always a good experience coming here. I was having a bad day from coming from the DMV as you. n imagine and I had to come in for a money order. I was so pleased with the customer service that I was given !! .. they understood my frustration and made my day better With waving a fee for my money order. Thank you so much for your great customer service. I highly recommend this place. Very delightful.
