This bank branch is extremely negligent with its customers. My 88-year old dad, who knows nothing about banking, came in to take out a CD for a large amount of money. They opened a CD account for him, and failed to make the account match up with his family trust or LIST A BENEFICIARY! Let me brag just a little bit...it was about 5:05 and I had just came from the atm...Laura valenzuela was under no circumstances required to help me. Bank had closed about 5 mins ago but I really needed to put money in my account and didn't currently have a debit card. After verification she helped me get the money into my account that I definitely needed. This branch is a complete waste of time money and space. The employees are as stupid as can be but they are just a direct reflection of their management, the manager that barley speaks English Jose. He is useless rude and unbelievably arrogant and disrespectful. Sad to think that US. Bank allows him and his staff to represent their company.
