The banking experience is the worst with this bank. I have over 97% percentile income and perfect credit score, applied a credit line only a few percent of my personal wealth and got magically rejected. I went to Chase to make a large amount withdraw, because it didn't have adequate cash it cut me a cashier's check, I went to us bank to try to deposit it, and the bank wanted to hold partial funds for 5 business days! I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. I'm in this branch almost weekly. From the security guard holding the door open for me to the employees all greeting me like we are old friends, I have to agree that the customer service here is top drawer.
