This has been a wonderful place to bank. They are always willing to take care of us. 5 stars for sure!!!!

2 weeks just to get a "no" on a loan
Apparently you cannot call the phone numbers listed for your branch. I got a recording telling me they could not answer my phone call and then it rambled on and on. I also tried calling the phone number listed on the paperwork asking for more information. That number doesn't work either. They simply cannot answer their phone. Why give out a number that goes to an automated system telling you they cannot answer your phone call? Linda
Worst bank of time. You're beret of with a bigger bank like wells Fargo or bank of America. These small town banks are crooked.
