Do not accept a check from this bank! I was written a check from US Bank, and they charge a $7 fee to cash checks if you are not their customer. What a rip-off! Have a HELOC line of credit since 2019. I've been using this approved loan and have always made payments on time. I've paid back over 40,000 since 2019 to this open line of credit. This year they put a block on my loan because apparently someone misplaced some paperwork. This loan has been approved and I've been using it for years now and have paid it back many times. Empty bank with very kind, helpful tellers
I've banked here for over 15 years and always had good experiences when I have needed to stop by in person. (The low reviews are puzzling.)
This branch makes me want to close my US Bank accounts every time I have to interact with them. They do not answer their phone in the branch, so it’s impossible to make an appointment to discuss anything. The tellers have no idea how to answer simple questions. I have never had a positive experience with anyone at this branch.
