I always get great service at the branch on Hwy 111. Some other branches seem to busy to help when I need it, but this branch is always very helpful and professional.

Didn't get a loan here but I inquired about one. I Came in and I like how the banker actually had time to sit down and talk about a loan... unlike Wells Fargo, and Citibank.
The fact this bank is open on a Saturday, even if just for a few hours, is a real plus. It is a nice facility, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Keep it going. If the bank closes and I have to break my back to get some banking done, I am out. I will move my money. I quit B of A for this reason. Customer service is everything. Make it easy, make it quick, and pro, or we are out. So far, so good with US Bank.
