I visited the U.S. Bank San Bruno branch to withdraw $900, but the teller mistakenly processed the withdrawal as $700 and issued an incorrect receipt. I visited the San Bruno branch to open a U.S. Bank Business Checking Account and was extremely disappointed with the service. The banker incorrectly told me that the promotional offer had expired, even though it was clearly listed and active online. Excellent customer service, We had fraud on our account, we had to block the accounts and start fresh with new account and staff understood our needs and fix our concerns. Alex the branch manager, Vivian and Nandini the bankers came together and assisted me on opening new accounts and ordering checks. We were able to stop any other checks from coming through for the fraud!
I visited the San Bruno branch to open a U.S. Bank Business Checking Account and was extremely disappointed. The banker, Nandinn Jain, incorrectly told me the promotional offer had expired, even though it was clearly listed online. When the branch manager, Alex Thieu, got involved, he was rude and refused to open the account without a clear explanation. The service was unprofessional and frustrating. I do not recommend this branch.
Middle eastern teller is rude.. instead of handing me my receipt she threw it at me, caught me off guard but if you’re not having a good day. Ask to be excused from work. I too work in CS or we all do really and this kind of behavior is not cool. Everyone else there is pretty chill and to the point but that gesture was not necessary.
