The Indian teller that helped me or lack there of was hella rude, uncouth, and lacked home training! I’m standing in line and her window is open and she just continues to ignore me. I have to go up to her window instead of calling me over like a professional civilized human. Mom (91) has been a customer at the SAN BRUNO branch for many years. She speaks very highly of each teller. They treat her with kindness and respect. Sadly, due to physical restrictions, my Mom has been unable to go in person. I now do her banking. Instead of this creating a problem, I have been able to complete all of her transactions easily. She misses the tellers. Each time I visit the branch, the teller I see always recognizes her name and passes along their "Hello!" with a smile.🙂 This kind of customer service is rare ... read more
