Middle eastern teller is rude.. instead of handing me my receipt she threw it at me, caught me off guard but if you’re not having a good day. Ask to be excused from work. I too work in CS or we all do really and this kind of behavior is not cool. Everyone else there is pretty chill and to the point but that gesture was not necessary.

This is an excellent branch with a great manager, who formerly ran the US Bank branch in Pacifica. This branch is newly remodeled, and I’ve had really good experiences here. I’ve moved on from the Pacifica branch due to my allergies and the mold problems that they are having there. I’m really glad that there is still a nice branch close to me that won’t cause me any breathing problems now, and that this excellent bank manager and staff are running the place.
