I used the ATM. I was surprised they’d not placed a hand sanitizer dispenser outside, next to it. Feeling like that is shortsighted considering current circumstances
They lock up your money for no reason. I almost got kicked out of my place because I couldn't pay my rent on time because I couldn't access my funds. Read any review of US Bank on Google or Yelp and you will see that this is actually pretty much the norm. I don't think that is ok. As a result, I have taken my business elsewhere and see no reason to ever return.
I am a VA Credit Union member for 30 years. While travelling here to Monrovia California, I needed to do some involved banking to qualify for a loan. Ms Lori Cox, Personal Banker is absolutely professional, competent and wonderful. Thank you for attending to my needs. I now feel comfortable using US Bank and transferring all my accounts here. The corporate office closed my husband's account with no notice or reason. He opened the account in August 2017 with a deal for $200 bonus to new accounts that build a $1500 balance and make 2 online bill payments per month for two months.
