The employees of US Bank have always exhibited what I consider to be the standard of excellence.
I have only used the drive thru ATM. Usually no line, but it's in the same lane used for business transactions at the teller window, so it can take a while to use the ATM. Would be nice if the ATM had its own lane. Update: There is now a separate lane for the ATM.
We enjoy working with the staff at the US Bank on Lohman in Las Cruces, NM. They are helpful and knowledgable. Natasha Gonzales has been an excellent resource to visit with about any investments we might be interested in
been dealing with this bank 3 month ago, no atms in el paso, two tellers already told me to bank somewhere else 🤣🤣. worst bank i ever deal in my 25 years
