Best nationwide bank in Las Cruces. You are treated like a neighbor not a number. The bankers are excellent, knowledgeable, and personable. The online app is easy to use and powerful. The office is also not busy. I never have to wait to be helped. I've banked with most of the western large banks and US Bank has been the best. Even the mortgage department was great to work with. I highly recommend US Bank!
Have been with US Bank for years, my local branch is close to me and my personal banker always comes over to say "Good to see you Ms.Titus". He is the best! Lines are scarce and as a 70 year old lady, proud to say, best bank!

I went in seeking assistance for an important question I had concerning a check and Roy C. was very kind and helpful.
It's lunch time, this is the branch in the middle of Las Cruces, and there's two people working. The ATM is in the first line at the drive up window so if you want to get cash you got to get in line no matter what. Standing inside after 10 minutes I just walked outside around the building and got in the ATM line without my car. I understand that everybody wants to save money but this is incredibly poor customer service.
