I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience while trying to open an account at your bank. Unfortunately, I felt that I was met with a lack of understanding and support due to my current circumstances of being homeless. The banker I spoke with did not seem willing to work with my mailing address and consequently declined to assist me further. This is a terrific US Bank location. Marsha, the manager and the tellers, are all very nice and accommodating! They keep it very clean and make me and my wife feel like we are family every time we come in. It's definitely our best bank experience we've ever had. Thank you for running a great bank!
