Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Greeted at entrance. I left with extremely satisfying account changes to my benefit from the associates recommendations.
Went in to try and get a loan, was recognized and told to apply through the app then was rejected. The employees seem somewhat invasive and difficult to get along with.
I normally approach banks with a degree of hesitation based on past negative experiences, but when I encounter someone who is both helpful and adept at their job I feel that it is worth noting via a review. I had misplaced my wallet, including my debit card, and without hesitation the banker at the first desk directed me to the mobile banking app, which I regularly use, and was able to guide me to not only locking the card but ordering an expedited replacement, which I had in under two business days.
