I have banked with US bank for 20 years. Ive used this branch specifically for 2. They meet all my needs for personal and business and are helpful and pleasant.
I was opened an account there and the gentleman there at the time was very good with getting it opened and such. since then I have had conversations with a female banker in that branch that was rude and would not even take time to set up a savings account for automatic deposits to wave bank fees that I have just found out were being charged monthly now when account drops below 1500. I was not even sent notification of these.
