Every time I've gone to this location I've had issues. Never coming back after how I was treated today.
I am so disappointed in the way this bank treats customers. I’ve had my business checking for a year and had nothing but problems. They just put a lock on my card but didn’t bother contacting me. Their excuse? We aren’t authorized to contact you. Well you weren’t authorized to put a hold on my card. They have screwed up deposits on multiple items. We are constantly feeling as though money is missing. We are looking into new banks and will be leaving them ASAP.
Pulled up to do business Saturday 7/8/17 at 8:58 am however because you have not updated the hours you are open on your front door, I turned around and left. This is very inconvenient for me as I'm now driving out of my way to another US Bank branch! Thank you so much for sucking at your job, Manager!!!
