Do not do business with this bank. Your history means nothing with them. Here's my response to you the owner. I had 2 loans with your bank 1 of them for over 10 years. Paid them off in full over 15 years ago. I have a perfect record for payments to all my other creditors since i have over a 750 score. Im late 1week on a payment over 15 years ago and you deny me for that? Whatever. And ari is sloppy with calling people back. I had to call him 2 times just to get denied. There's a reason your bank has a low score of 3.7.
I had a great experience at this branch from opening accounts with Tasha, banking interaction with the branch manager Chris and was warmly greeted by the teller as well. They're quick, efficient and friendly.

Chris Tankersley has amazing customer service and he sincerely cares about his clients. I had some fraudulent charges on my account that were not handled correctly. Chris fought for me, went above and beyond and did everything in his power to get it resolved.
Tellers are SO SLOW and can be outrageously rude. The bank manager is kind and helpful. Sadly he's probably bullied by the harpy tellers. It's worth driving to downtown Olympia in order to avoid their abuse!
