They are very nice but the wait has been really bad lately. You cant call in which became a nightmare when they made a mistake.
Carlene at US Bank Lacey was very professional and treated me more like a friend than a costumer. All too often you only hear about what went wrong in a professional relationship but that was not the case with US Bank.
